Complete the application form below to apply for Media City Qatar and Film Committee incentive program. The incentive program is applicable only to Qatari entities (including SPVs) licensed by Media City Qatar. Please note that the eligibility for incentive will be determined in accordance with the guidelines developed by the Media City Qatar and Film Committee, including the methodology for calculating qualifying spend and the incentive rebate. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

• The Applicant Company is a MCQ Licensed entity;
• All information provided in this application is accurate and complete.

Furthermore, by signing this declaration, I certify that the Applicant Company (and I) understand the following:

• Submitting an application does not guarantee eligibility, approval, or financial support;
• Providing false or misleading information will result in disqualification of my application and potentially result in a ban on any future funding or incentive applications;
• The Film Committee and/or MCQ may request additional documents, amend the program, or reject applications at their sole direction;
• The Film Committee and/or MCQ are authorized to verify this information with relevant authorities.
